EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

During periodic maintenance, all moving parts of the press, its power units and assemblies are inspected. If a malfunction is detected, it is eliminated. Also, specialists of our company test all operating modes of the equipment in order to detect a possible malfunction. After that, all technical fluids and filter elements are replaced, the condition of the hoses, tubes and pumps of the hydraulic system is diagnosed, the tightness of all valves and the reliability of the mounts are checked. Then the masters check and, if necessary, tighten the guide bolts and fittings in the hydraulic system. The final step is to check the electrical equipment. All batteries and wires are inspected for insulation damage, the functionality of the remote control and emergency shutdown buttons are checked. If everything is normal, the final debugging and tuning of the induction sensors is carried out.
